A mixed-use regeneration of Plymouth’s Grade II listed Civic Centre, bringing a vacant modernist landmark back into active civic life. The project includes 144 new city centre homes, an education Hub for City College Plymouth enhanced public realm, and a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views across the city.
